Still the best, good as ever. Newer owners, and they still kill it.Been going here for 25 or 30 years, nothing has changed, and there is nothing to change.Food: 5/5
Best sandwich options ever!!! I have been coming here since I was a teenager so almost 30 years. They even have great choices for vegetarian sandwiches. A variety of great salads and you must try the marinated mushrooms.Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options to choose from.Parking: It's near a couple of schools and parks so parking is hard but the food is worth it.

Roxie is an institution in the Balboa Park neighborhood. We used to come here back in high school for a classic liquor style sandwich. My palate has changed since then but Roxie still makes an awesome sandwich. This afternoon I had their regular size Yami's corned beef $14.69. It is corned beef, sauerkraut, swiss, thousand island on sourdough bread. This was terrific. It was a nice change of pace from the bigger Little Lucca's sandwiches I usually get. Roxie is competitive with the $20 sandwich places in SF like Flour Water. Gourmet ingredients but without the branded logos and all-white chef's uniforms. Good job everyone at Roxie Food Center.
