Restaurant bewertenI hadn't been to this restaurant in years, but I was craving multiple bowls of naengmyun. It was delicious, and the kimchee jun was good as well. I visited around 3pm and it was pretty quiet. I wonder how busy it gets during peak times. I hope they are doing well.
Its a nice Ambiance, hidden gem for sure,I ordered the Black Bean Noodle! Its very delicious perfect place to take your friends, Fair pricing, Sweet woman took our orders : !
The food is pretty bad here. I needed some comfort food so I ordered the dduk mandu guk (rice cakes and dumpling soup) and they somehow managed to screw that up. The broth was bland, rice cakes too soft and the dumplings were not tasty. I ordered their version of soft tofu soup and they used firm tofu chunks in lieu of actual soft tofu. It contained chopped up kimchi and no beef. I have a suspicion there was a non-Korean in the kitchen because this was way off. I would order elsewhere.
Food was pretty OK for us, though we are not so used to Korean food and can't tell exactly. The thing which really disappointed me was the impossibility to pay by credit card (but I don't know if it is due to our European credit cards or because it is a specific issue of this restaurant because it had never happened to me before). I had to walk for two miles to get some money at an ATM and pay cash.
The flavors were great and the portion sizes were generous. Although the sundubu soft tofu soup had slightly smaller seafood portions than I'm accustomed to, it still satisfied my cravings!
