Planet Playhouse - San Francisc

Staff never pick up the phone, their answering service says they are open, you drive an hour to find out they are closed. Really poor business management

I wish I was lying when I say I'm in tears writing this. My son loves this place. He loves it so much that as young, first time parents, we splurged and put down a deposit for a private weekend party for our only sons first birthday. We ordered catering, decor, cakes, cookies, outfits, a photographer, ALL of which were paid for in advance...and we had family from across the country buy tickets to come join us. Less than one week before my sons party I got an email that planet playhouse CANCELLED IT. I'm a stay at home mom.. I do NOT have the means to even host a party like this but I convinced my fiancé that his birthday is special and we should. Well, now our small family has lost SO MUCH money due to this closure. We are genuinely lost and confused as to how to make my sons first birthday special now that everything is ruined. Thanks planet playhouse, I'm sure my sons birthday is one I will never forget.. and not in the good way.

PRO- easy parking, clean bathroom and easy access to food/ food court. CON- Very crowded, we cannot walk around without bumping into anyone, it's definitely a fire hazard. The HUGE jump house in the middle of the store is a waste of space. Poor air ventilation and long line to check in and signing waiver. Mask is not required for those who are wondering, eating inside is allowed. If it's a sunny day, go to an outdoor playground. If it's a rainy day, I might just stay home.

Children can jump and run around for kids who are very active. My preschooler had fun. No quiet/ educational play.

Hello, this is my first ever review on this app. You wouldn't believe how frustrated I am to even have to write this review! I came in on February 12th, at around 5 pm and was greeted to a young man at the front without a mask on. Can you believe that? During a pandemic to top that off! That is very unacceptable and can put many families that come through at risk. Let's be more considerate of the people who come to enjoy what your business provides PLEASE! I also could not help and notice how unsanitary everything was. Not once did I see anyone clean whilst I was there which has me concerned. I can't imagine how many kids come and how dirty everything gets over a short period of time. Will not be bringing my grandchild back, and highly do not recommend this place.
