Restaurant bewerten0 in service. They picked up the phone only to tell me I had to order online because they had too many orders. Note: Everyone doesn't like to use online services. You lost a repeat customer for something so simple.
Made a cratering order of 24 sandwiches for my grandfather birthday. I wanted them all mikes way and when I looked at order when I got home they weren't. They were so dry . Management gave me the run around of send out vouchers I still haven't received. Don't recommend catering from this especially this location.
So after my last bad experience at this store I decided to give it one more try.Once again super disappointed. I called the store and they said just bring it in and we will make a new one. I really did not want to drive 10 miles each way so she offered me a coupon via mail. I gave her in information but I doubt she even wrote anything down because she was talking to someone else.So this what I got for $18.95 Club Supreme (giant)
Garbage service.. Even when you're the only customer they mess up your order.. Deli guy Ken, remember this name KEN, is terrible in taking an order.. I ordered one sandwich and got a completely different sandwich.. The worst part is that they didn't apologize and acted like it was my fault.. I didn't appreciate being told I was wrong..$17.95 for a sandwich and they still get it wrong..Unbelievable..
They wouldn't accept my $100 to pay stating to many people use fake bills. I was offended I work hard for my money and asked the employee to use the pen. She rudely stated they're all broken. I asked her to use the machine with the light, she rudely stated they don't have that. I was so upset and frustrated that I was profiled in this category. I was embarrassed I couldn't buy my family dinner. I called the next day and the Manager named Jasmine was just as rude with me and hung up on me. What a horrible experience and I'm feeling horrible.
