Definitely not a sushi place if that 's what you are looking. They had some stuff that looked like sushi but it really wasn 't. I now understand why it was empty in a crowded location, because it is not for everyone especially for someone that wanted sushi. : '

Love the Mexican Inspired Sushi, great flavor. My new favorite place. Love the Rice Ball and stuffed peppers.

Fantastic food for Mexican/Japanese fusion. It was my first time and I will definitely be coming back here in the future. The ambience was very chill and our server Julio was attentive, polite, had a great vibe, and overall had superb customer service. The establishment is also very clean too. This place just checked off all my boxes. Try it out! The birria ramen was my favorite. :

Sushi was decent, although the service could have been better. We constantly felt like we were not the priority, but rather his facetime was.

I have to start out my review by saying that i RARELY enjoy fusion food. but north park sushi was pretty amazing. my cousin and i came in because of an instagram ad i saw where they featured the birria ramen. i loved the ramen, though i wish they used ramen noodles. the flavors were pretty good and i've told so many people about this place and the ramen! we also tried their skewers which were nothing but amazing. i thoroughly enjoyed them, though i don't remember which ones we got! : my cousin and i also shared the aguachile sushi roll. THESE WERE DELICIOUS! aguachile and sushi are my favorite, separately. the combination of these two were the best of both worlds. i think next time i come in, i'm ordering two orders for myself. i do wish there was a parking lot, i'd probably come here more often. but this isn't anything the restaurant can control so i won't dock any stars off. : lastly, our server was SO nice. i don't remember his name, but he was the best. super friendly and talked with us a little bit while we waited for our food as we were the only ones inside at the moment. wish i had pics of everything we had here, but i was too excited and inhaled everything.
