Mcdonald's - San Diego

I frequently order takeout from this restaurant across the street from my workplace for lunch, breakfast, or seasonal coffee drinks. They offer Shamrock Shakes in March, Pumpkin Spice starting in October, and Peppermint in December. My favorite dish is the McGriddles.

I really enjoy the pineapple mango smoothie and the McMuffin with egg, sausage, and cheese at this restaurant. I also recommend trying the McDouble with Big Mac sauce, and don't forget to add extra sauce to the filet o fish. The only downside is that the fries could be improved if they were served hot. Overall, a great dining experience.

This morning at 9am on October 29th, a female manager at the restaurant attempted to overcharge me $5. They had run out of frappes, but she offered me a 99 cent deal on an iced coffee instead. When she served the new drink with my meal, she told me to have a good day. However, when I asked about the change from the frappe, she claimed that the iced coffee was the same price and I wouldn't be receiving any change.

I ordered 2 hot and spicy mchicken sandwiches and 3 Mcdouble burgers. What I received was 5 Mcdouble. I didn't even get a receipt to be able to correct my order. This crappie McDonald's hired to many kids that don't care to do their job right.

If I could get this Donald?s a 0 rating I would. I?ve been here twice and the fries are never hot. They?re lukewarm at best and I wish that I was kidding. Also, it seems like they don?t add salt either?? Anyways, extremely disappointed because I ampregnant and suddenly had the craving for just two large fries. I rarely eat fast food too.
