Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Diego

The queso and chips were excellent. Both the chips and the queso were warm. The burrito bowl was quite hefty—definitely enough for two meals. I also ordered a kids' chicken quesadilla that came with fruit, apple juice, and rice. However, the juice and fruit were missing, and neither Chipotle nor my driver ever contacted me to inform me about it.

The food was excessively watery. They only gave me two napkins with my order, and I ended up using both to soak up the liquid at the bottom of my burrito bowl. The taste was disappointing, and there was a large piece of chicken that didn’t look fully cooked. This is not something I usually experience when I visit Chipotle in person. However, the Large Chips and Large Guacamole were just as great as always.

The rice in both of my meals was hard and undercooked.

The meals we ordered for delivery were beautifully packaged. There was even a nice message on top of the box. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious!

I live just one block away from this Chipotle, and I practically eat lunch and dinner here every day. The manager, Yessenia, is incredibly helpful and friendly. I've had issues with my order twice, both of which were my own mistakes, but she graciously accommodated me each time. She's fantastic! Her customer service skills are outstanding!
