Restaurant bewertenAll those who read me know that I am an unconditional lover of meat in all forms and recipes, and that I can never resist in any of my trips to try local specialties either in an exquisite new york restaurant or in a bangkok street position. but sometimes you don't have to go so far to enjoy a tasty and well served meal and leave a drop in your mouth hard to forget that makes me promise to come back as soon as possible. And that's what happened to me recently two steps from my house, when I decided to enter the cricket cowboy farm. from afar attracts attention, since the restaurant, built in wood in the purest American style, does not pass unnoticed to anyone. with a large parking lot, you only have to deviate a little from the road that goes from the port of the cross to the capital of the skyline to undertake this fabulous gastronomic party that will delight any carnivorous that is predated. Entering the place is like moving to the old American ranches, as the exquisite thought decoration combines great corners to drink a well-fed beer. everywhere there are a lot of small details, such as jeans boots, Indian-style skins, rodeo paintings, American craft samples. We got into a situation quickly. so fast (and in this I want to put special emphasis) we are attended by the most qualified staff who not only fulfills their function perfectly, but show special and continuous interest in which we are satisfied at all times. The truth is that it gives drip to go to a place where you feel mimed. But we go to the food, because there's a lot to cut. the guests are very well selected, as they serve to open mouth, and not, as they do in other restaurants, to fill before the great protagonists come from the kitchen. the delicate dye salad or the rodeo, the tasty roasted cheese, mushrooms or peppers of row serve to stimulate our palate and prepare it for what comes next, a parade of fresh meat dishes and full of flavor. American style names such as individual wheels, colour springs, large dakota or wild bronco are the original designations of exquisite soleadoras of oxen or lechal calves, suffocated pork ribs, roasted chicken, garlic chops and all kinds of cuts and owls, highlighting the simplicity of their preparation (almost parsil and salt in scales) and for people who want me to enjoy the taste of a good steak or singlemillo without flavors masked by sauces, the cowboy farm is paradise on earth, as the meat tastes meat, and of the best quality, no doubt whatsoever. as an accompaniment nothing better than a good imported beer and some fries or traditional garlic crispy, and for which it has site can always recommend us a dessert that puts a secret: do you know that I will do in my next visit to the cowboy cricket farm? point to the challenge of the indomitable pool buffalo. I'm sure I can finish that kilo and a half of tender and juicy meat, salty vegetables, puréed potatoes to the rodeo, two kinds of sauce, a skillet, 1/2 liter of beer. And the good thing about everything is that I have it very, very close to home. temptation only two steps and with unbeatable value,
Acabamos aqui de casualidad aunque yo quería ya visitarlo hace tiempo, ya que era amante del restaurante que había antes y me mataba la curiosidad de ver la decoración y el cambio interior en general, no nos equivocamos! La comida está muy buena, las puntas de solomillo tiernas con muy buen sabor, NO ES UN GUACHINCHE, como pone algún comentario que he visto, ni de lejos vamos!. El costillar estaba muy bueno, la carne se separaba del hueso con el tenedor, en general muy buena la comida, nos quedamos muy satisfechos! también con el personal que es muy amable y tranquilo, el ambiente en general muy agradable, volveremos sin duda!!!!
He ido el sábado pasado por la noche con mi mujer a comer unas hamburguesas que es lo que nos apetecía, realmente hemos quedado encantado, el chico que nos atendió lo hizo muy bien, por supuesto que es más caro que ir a a McDonald pero estamos hablando de otra cosa, de carne buena y de hamburguesas diferentes.
Weno fuimos el dia de reyes y pedimos uno de los platos de carne que ofrecen en la carta para compartir , primer dato fue que el plato no era lo que se veia en la foto de la carta, segundo la mitad de la carne que nos sirvieron estaba incomible , se habia kedado seca y dura de tantas horas que llevaba en el fuego. Los camareros vieron como dejabamos la mitad del plato y ni se preocuparon por preguntar si habia pasado algo... Nosotros soliamos ir de vez en cuando pero ultimamente la calidad ha bajado muchisimo , no volveremos.
Fuimos para la cena de empresa y ninguno salió de allí con un buen sabor de boca, se supone que es conocido por la carne y es lo más malo de todo!!!!! La carne cruda, las garbanzas frías y para rematar el precio carísimo!
