Jack In The Box - San Carlos

Absolutely delicious!!! These burgers are fantastic. I also highly recommend trying their chicken dishes. They're usually super hot and crispy on the outside, while being moist and juicy on the inside.

It took a long time for a small order, and they forgot the cheese. I would recommend avoiding this location; there are better options available.

The restaurant is good because they keep the window open when other places are closed. However, sometimes they seem a bit lazy when it comes to cooking. One night, I went to buy food, and when I approached the cashier—if you can even call it that—they asked if I was picking up an order. I replied that I wasn't, and they informed me that their system was down and they were only taking app orders. I hope they can resolve this issue!

The drive-thru service was incredibly slow. I spent a long time trying to place my order, even though there were only two cars ahead of me. After that, I waited a long time to receive my food, with just one car in front of me. Ultimately, I had to leave the line to avoid being late for a meeting.

The drive-thru lines can get quite long during the evening hours, and there are times when waiting for your food can take a while as well. However, the staff is friendly. There have been instances in the past when the drive-thru was closed due to a shortage of employees, but it seems that these issues have been resolved, particularly during peak business times.
