Restaurant bewertenI absolutely love these street tacos! They are a bit on the pricey side, but despite that, they’re my favorite in all of San Antonio, hands down!
Eventually, I took my toddler with me to the cashier to order. When our food was ready, a man shouted out to ask if our order was for here or to go. He seemed irritated when I said it was for here and responded, “I gotta change it.” As a result, my order was wrapped in foil and hastily placed on a cutting board, while my grandson's taco was simply handed to me in foil without a plate. To top it off, I noticed the woman behind the counter making tortillas without gloves and with long fake nails. I really wanted to support a local business, which is why I chose to eat there, but the service left a lot to be desired, and I don't think I will be returning.
I ordered Huevos Rancheros, along with a barbacoa taco and a bean and cheese taco for the kids. When the food arrived, the server didn’t specify which taco was which, and when I asked, she rudely responded, “We don’t do that.” The beans and bacon were cold and didn’t taste right. Even my grandson refused to eat his favorite bean and cheese taco. As for the price, it was too high for the quality and service we received—$27 for everything. We won’t be returning.
Best flour tortillas in town, excellent coffee and service.
Fresh ingredients served hot and quickly. Also some unique breakfast taco combinations. The Popeye (eggs w/spinach and queso fresco) was delicious with the salsa verde or the salsa habanera. Kid-friendliness: Pleasant atmosphere suitable for family
