Starbucks Coffee - San Antonio

Thank you to the two gentlemen who helped my mom and I this morning at 6:30am 2/1/22- my mother has just been diagnosed with wheat and dairy allergy and I have recently been diagnosed with celiac disease and dairy allergy.. we used to love Starbucks until we realized we couldn’t hardly order anything *yummy* without dairy or gluten. The last time we tried to get Starbucks at the one near our house they had to remake our drinks 3 times and I watched the lady pour dairy milk into my drink and she argued with me that she didn’t and I ended up leaving frustrated and on the verge of tears that someone could be so insensitive. ANYWAY.. these two gentlemen at this location were so sweet to check every ingredient and helped us formulate drinks that were yummy without dairy or gluten! We are so thankful for them and their patience! They went above and beyond when they didn’t have to. And my mother and I are both feeling well after drinking our drinks which is a huge win for us! If you are their manager reading this they deserve recognition for outstanding customer service!

Best starbucks location by a longshot! friendly baristas and great coffee, always go to this location as much as possible to ensure i get the best coffee around <3

Went on a Sunday, not busy at all. Very pleasant experience. Easy refills. And good selections of eats. I do wish the inside seating was larger and that the power plugs outside worked. In either direction, one of the better Starbucks in town.

BEST STARBUCKS BY FAR! Anyone that wants their drink made perfectly in the most timely of manners come here. It’s 100% worth it. This is my favorite, I will go out of my way to come to this specific one. The employees there are extremely polite and they’re excelling at their job. Great job guys!

Very impressed with Justin and Alex. They care about the quality of customer service. I wasn't sure if I was going to like the matcha green tea. And Alex made one for me to taste. It was absolutely delicious and very thoughtful of him to offer such a nice gesture. I will definitely be coming back!
