Pizza Hut - San Antonio

This has to be the cleanest and by far best customer service I've seen at a Pizza Hut, nah probably better than most places I've been to in the last year. The manager working, young kid Cody he was on top of everything, checked to see if we were doing alright and thanked us for coming in. You don't get that much nowadays and I appreciate it. Our Pizza was out of this world crazy good btw!!! I asked for it loaded with everything and Cody didn't disappoint! I will order the works Pizza from now on and its a drive idk THIS is my new Pizza place! Loved it!!!!

My favorite location. Terrible To get in and out of but management and staff are nice. Very busy location on the weekends. If you have the app don't forget to click that you're there in your confirmation email because you'll be sitting there forever at curbside. Simple mistake can cost you time. Quality of pizza and is always to my satisfaction.

Order was messed up. Ordered a big ox combo. My pizza was supposed to be a meet lovers with onion, banna peppers, mushrooms and received a pepperoni, ham? and sausagee. Wifes pizza was ok. I also ordered mild bone-in wings and received dry hard chicken nuggets. Not a good experience. this is usually my go to pizza hut, but may have to look else where.

My Mom’s VISA was charged three times before payment went through. When I called to speak to the Manager, Angel, she told me, “Nine times outta ten, it’s your bank.” Yaaaa, I don’t think so Angel. Your people or your credit card reader service at the HUT need to get it together. And your old pizza crust was undercooked.In addition, Angel, your REPETITIVE use of the phrase, “nine time outta ten” should NOT be used as an excuse. Get some better material little Ms. Attitude. We’ll be going next door to Cerroni’s Purple Garlic from now on.

Friendly service and good price! Personal pan pizza and drink for under$10, can’t beat that!Oh, and did I mention it tasted yummy too?
