Restaurant bewertenTerrible service and ran out of product 20 mins before we closed. Worst service in 8 years. Had to settle for what was left. The person in charge was not willing to cook more despite having a line proceeding to the door. Need the former GM back.
Ordered 2 rice bowls beef and broccoli... the broccoli was hard : the beef was good but barely got any of that...
Truth be told, as I noticed the bad reviews for this place, my review is for a Panda Express located at 17907 Bulverde, San Antonio and NOT this place. (The other place isn't listed on Tripadvisor yet). The quality of food and the service we received was commendable!
7pm on a Tuesday evening…first off all the sides looked like they’ve been sitting out..super greens weren’t even green…no white rice,walnut shrimp and worst of it all AFTER purchasing my food which I got a bowl with rice and TERIYAKI chicken…and ragoons they inform me that there also NO sweet and sour for the ragoons or the main course NO TERIYAKI…so grilled chicken and fried rice it was! And with some dry ragoons with no sauce! Waste of my money I feel like I just got robbed and no accommodation besides rude customer service! So now I refuse to eat the chicken for it has no flavor without the sauce so I’m driving to a panda near my home otw there for some sauce:
They always seem to forget things when ordering big ...my order was 67.00 and seemed as is all food was there this time but no condiments what so everIt was a online order and they specify to add condiments. None.. last they forgot rive do I had to make steam rice at home , but the purpose of take out is so you don't cookThis was what my son wanted...next time I'm going real chinese
