Kfc - San Antonio

I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant and the prices are good. However, the service was extremely poor, almost like dealing with a child throwing a tantrum. Improvement is needed in this area.

I have been to this restaurant several times with my brother. The food is good, but the wait can be quite long. The portion sizes varied each time I visited, especially for the Quesadillas. The first time, it was very big - a tortilla cut in quarters with cheese and chicken. The second time, the Quesadilla was the size of street tacos.

The service was excellent at this restaurant. The manager, Andres, was fantastic. There was a small issue with my order, but I was not upset because he apologized and fixed it right away. The next day, I received the same outstanding service. The food was fresh and the manager was great. I was taken care of by Patrice the next day. Thank you.

Ordered a 3 pieces 2 chest and wing I received all dark pieces. Stephanie said she asked her to contact me Uber issst verified no one contacted him asking to make sure that is what I wanted. Make sure you check your food people. They take it on themselves to give what they want. She said white meat was frozen in the freezer. Very dissatisfied and guessing who can sleep hungry, me!

Chloe was extraordinary. This place is on marbach in san Antonio, tx. I ordered 3 pieces and calculated 11ish reason because they offered me senior discount. I visited the kfc in Helotes, tx and was disappointed. The gm jay was rude and had terrible customer service. He let me wait three minutes before he stopped what he did on the register. I asked for the 3 pieces chickens without thighs. Hs accused me 14.59 and asked why he said you wanted breasts. It's not what I ordered, so I left.
