Dairy Queen - San Antonio

I went twice with my friend. the workers are really nice to us. both times recommended blizzards we liked! i think ones name was gloria and the other’s name was jennifer m. they’re friendly and helpful. we’ll be back lol. if you want a blizzard i suggest the strawberry cheesecake or snickerdoodle. um yeah anyway this place was awesome ty dairy queen

On July 18, I visited this Dairy Queen, and I believe the evening staff really needs to improve their customer service. My Blizzard was messy, with ice cream dripping down the side of the cup, and they didn’t even provide a napkin for me to clean it up. The girl who was working seemed disengaged and the service was quite slow. It felt like they didn’t want to be there, which made the experience less enjoyable. If they don’t enjoy their job, perhaps they should consider finding something else.

I ordered a creamy mango drink, and the picture on the menu depicted a blended beverage that looked refreshing and icy. However, what I received was quite different. The bottom half was a liquid while the upper half was just slushy ice. When I tasted it, I realized it wasn’t blended at all—the liquid at the bottom was more like a concentrate. It was really disappointing, and I ended up returning it before I even left the restaurant. On the other hand, my wife ordered a caramel dessert that she absolutely loved. Looking back, I wish I had stuck with more familiar options.

The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly. However, this restaurant charges 64 cents for beverage refills and 27 cents for water refills (for the same size).

The food was excellent, and the drive-thru team provided outstanding service. Thank you!
