Chipotle Mexican Grill - San Antonio

Horrible sofritas. They were very hard, barely any black beans if at all. They are definitely skimping on bowls. Our door dasher was amazing but chipotle is slacking compared to what they used to be. $80 including tip for our dasher... 4 slacking bowls?? Disappointed.

Taco shells were stale. No very much chicken added.

I've been 3 times and every time they must not be doing their recipes right, I feel like everything taste plain. The guacamole the salsas the chicken, no flavor can barley even taste the salt. Even once the guacamole had absolutely no salt. Grill and prep needs to make sure the taste has flavor ????

Seems like the quality of the service at Chipotle keeps going down. Went to have lunch with my sister who is back from overseas. The staff was rude and unwelcoming. We asked for steak, they said it would be a wait (which we agreed to and they seemed annoyed about that. We asked for steak well-done and they said they couldn?t do it. We?ve never had an issue with having steak made well-done. Every restaurant will ask what temperature you like your steak at, apparently Chipotle has to make it the same for everyone. Steak was done and no one called us up (we even pre-paid. I stood in line for five minutes, four staff members in front of me and not one person acknowledged me. They were on their phones and joking with each other. The line girl FINALLY came up to me to finish my order, she was about to help the next customer when I reminded her that I?m still waiting for well-done steak. They still had not put it back on the grill. She asked the grill guy if he would put some back on, he responded, ?you want me to put it back on?? Literally yes?? We?ve been waiting 10-15 minutes for well done steak. Of course we still want it. And then he had an attitude about it and said, ?fine, I?ll do it one more time.? Super disappointing in the low quality of staff, I understand it?s hard to find employment after the pandemic but this was completely unacceptable for Chipotle. I?ve never been treated like this anywhere.

I haven't been with Chipotle for years!!! The food exceeded my expectations! Overall it was really good!
