Restaurant bewertenVery busy Tuesday night. Bit of a wait for everything tonight. My trio pizookies came out with no toppings after waiting 20 min. Just make sure you give yourself additional time if your hungry.
Alex our waitress was incredible. I will come back for the service but food was great also!!!
16th February, Friday, 7pm. On holiday from Sydney, AU. First time in this restaurant. Upon entry, no smile from the receptionist, was made to wait for 18mins despite advance booking. When I made a follow up, front staff didn't look happy and was told to wait some more. Once our table was ready, this non-smiling, unwelcoming receptionist led us to our table with arms crossed while walking and never bothered to even present the table nor say anything about the service process like any good restaurant staff would. This receptionist is tall, bit on the lanky skinny build, and the name was I think Ulysses if my memory serves me right. However, our server Roberto was lovely and the calamari met expectation, thus the three (3) stars. I hope your front staff receptionist Ulysses will be given more training in good guest relations, otherwise, back of house is the appropriate section for unwelcoming, non-smiling, unpleasant staff as they can ruin a good restaurant's reputation. Our group were supposed to return tonight but decided not to, to avoid disappointment. Oh and the margaritas were watery.

Chocolate sauce for pazokie is morbidly rancid. Yacked in the bag when I tasted it. You can almost smell the foulness in the picture. I will never get the smell out of my couch. You’ve been warned !
