Bangkok West Thai Cafe - San Andreas

If you find yourself in San Diego, you'll have plenty of excellent Thai restaurants to choose from. My team and I decided to try Bangkok Thai for lunch, and we only had to wait about 15 minutes before being seated. The food was fantastic. From the green curry and red curry to the lunch combos and Thai tea with boba, everything was nearly perfect. The portions were generous and packed with flavor. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Just be aware that the service might not be as speedy as some would prefer.

By far my favorite Thai food in San Diego. I have tried many others and have not found any that can even compare. Great value, food, atmosphere! Don't go anywhere else!

Delicious. I stumbled upon this restaurant just two weeks after it opened. The food was fantastic, and when I returned two weeks later, it was packed. Clearly, word had spread from those who had dined there in the first few weeks. I've tried nearly everything on the lunch menu. The Pad Thai is my top choice, with the sweet and sour coming in a close second. Their curries are tasty, and the service is always quick and friendly. The dining area is spacious, so it can get a bit loud, but I frequently visit for lunch and have introduced many people to their cuisine. Definitely one of my favorites in Kearny Mesa. Two thumbs up.
