Papa Johns Pizza - Sammamish

This review is not about pizza, everyone knows Papa John's knows that it is not the best pizza in the city, that is not these places to blame. Obviously we still order it because it fills a quick pizza request at a reasonable price. To evaluate this location. They were absolutely hammered on Saturday. I mean, the people out of the door while they're full and coughing. I owe Papa John's openly because this store cannot meet all the requirements. Why 5 stars. The employees worked clearly, again fully employed. I'm sure the oven was the limiting factor here. The manager had screaming phone calls over Dash door, she was verbally accelerated by many customers, and kept her cool and polite through. I almost caught the other customers in their name! I have submitted the faithful survey with more or less the same. I have an answer from what I suspect is the franchise owner or GM saying that they refund my order that was still on point. In addition, a credit of two pizzas (which I eat, as I write). I don't really enjoy the experience of waiting, but I was the understanding of the situation. The customer service response deserves a 5 star and this review.

He has been working here since the end of 2018. At that time we were extremely underoccupied, with terrible management and very short on riders. After being both a customer and an employee, I understand the frustration of the cartridge to wait 2 hours for cold pizza, but in what the employees are looking for, with 60 orders and 1 driver? It was really not inappropriate to expect a lot of a wait. The delivery is a hard job and while we want to get the food in time, we also need to think about our security and the public. I didn't order here in a few months, but now this place has changed drastically. The new management is great, the deliveries are filled by Doordash and I never had a problem with the pizzas. Everything is perfect from the deliveries that come on time to the quality of food.

Came for delivery at 10.40, the guy from personal said that they are closed and can't give me order before 11, they are opening at 11, but on maps work starts at 10, i was riding 15 min from Bellevue, thanks....

This location is horrible. Ordered a Hawaiian with banana peppers, had to cut our pizza when it arrived and toppings completely fell off when I picked up a slice. Not to mention it was cold. Do your self a favor and buy a Digiornos for $8:99 at Safeway. Way cheaper and way better!
