The Bagel Project - Salt Lake City

My BFF took me here and I cannot stop thinking about them. They truly are NY bagels — down to the savory nature of them. They toast lovely and their scallion cream cheese is to die for. Ive seen some complaints about them being “hard” and to an extent, I agree but only if you are comparing them to Einsteins. I really liked the joint. Simple nondescript. Most importantly it is what it is an excellent Bagel project with no judging or negative attitude with this place. The coffee was tasty too!

Been a customer for 3 years now — I'm from NY and these are good bagels! Only thing lacking -no pumpernickel bagels

Excellent bagel sandwiches! Ordering online, ahead of time, is highly recommended as it is a very busy joint all morning long.

A little bit on the pricey side (around $10-$11 for a bagel sandwich) but it is really good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Definitely a must try if you live in SLC.
