Restaurant bewertenThis is one of my access points for a quick lunch that is both very good and affordable. very good soups from scratch. I like the patty melt. nothing nice here, but a good meal at a great price.
The divided soup is good, but not great. The turkey sandwich was good, but it's great. the prices are great (especially day specialties) and service is in the regular time. that is good eating to a great value.
Open can serve. ruhe- regrettable. customer service- spanish, not english. food- lowest class. not recommended.
Vindictive. So I went for the first time. Food was decent Sysco quality, nothing special. I ordered a bowl of soup and they tried to give me a cup. They had written down a cup and charged me for that but when I said I had ordered a bowl they gave me that at no extra charge. I asked for no onions andWhen my sandwich came it had onions on it. They took it to fix, but when it came back it was half the size! They had used different bread and made it much smaller than the first one I saw.
Family Favorite. My parents lived in Sugarhouse in the 80s and were regulars to The Soup Kitchen. Every time I am in Salt Lake I HAVE to go and at least get a cup to take home with me. The tomato soup is TO DIE FOR. Homemade and creamy. Split pea and ham is my dads favorite. Most soups at Kneaders and Paradise are frozen and water is added then heated. This place has a homey feel and taste. Each sandwich is made to order. The SKS is my favorite. You can't get sprouts on sandwiches anymore at most places. The customer service is great here too. You can taste each soup before you order. Even though I may just love this place because of my parents it is a GREAT place to get a cup of soup...read more
