Restaurant bewertenThis place is closed to one of my favorite vegan restaurants since boltcutter. the quality and the price they get here is fantastic. for around $11 they can get a big vegan burger and some fries. eat in free and smell the waft of adjacent brewery is fantastic, it feels almost as if they are on a beach instead of on a backstreet of slc. the menu is somewhat confusing and they really need to make their burger custom [or 20% custom] if they want it vegan. that means there are many vegan options and the restaurant feels 60% on vegans. Sometimes, if they combine their custom burger incorrectly, it's just ok, but if they are lucky, or just the meat with vegan meat on a compatible burger, it's fantastic. I never regret going here. also distant and supporting masks are still this fantastic energy that radiates from the place and the eating. vegan skala side I would rate it 4.5/5
A whole “Eating Vegan?” section with 2 different vegan burger patties
Staff was overly helpful and corrected us when we almost ordered something not vegan. Very chill vibe and despite us coming in at a rush, they weren’t pushy at all. Had the Bollywood and the Chili burger, which were both delicious. Bollywood if you still want some fresh veggie taste, and/or the Chili burger if you something heavier. Personally, I’d get both if you’re hungry, as they are pretty light on the stomach (in my opinion). They also have a number of good flavors of kombucha.
Bollywood Vegan Burger Proper Buger co. *On point! Super delicious . The Flavor was outstanding, the patty is a house special blend of plantbased protein, grains and seeds. If you in town, love burgers and want to try something amazing stop in at Proper Burger Co. Oh and don’t forget get to a house draft of beer.
I wanted to try the sweet potato and black bean burger then found out it isnt vegan. They have a vegan burger. It was super bland. And they added chili on top. But like not enough at all to help add flavor. The bun was stale and wet.
