McDonald's - Salt Lake City

This is the worst place I have ever ordered. Every time I order from here, there's a problem with eating. tonight they gave us two cheeseburgers without burgers. they gave us none of the right sauces, and half full pommes. I called to ask and the dame on the phone called me several swear words and then hanged on me. that's the worst place I've ever spent money on. I am totally disgusting at the way this place is executed. I hope they get new people to work there because they need an upgrade to the personal. they are completely incompetent and should be fired as soon as possible. if this is how they run their shops, they also need new management.

I'm at this place for dinner. it was busy, so I thought I was asking for fresh pommes would not be a problem, but it's obvious. I had to wait for what I was good, but then I was brought two different orders before I got mine and then I was riding where only warm and warmer. very disappointed, above all, how much food costs have risen.

I don't want to give this place stars, but unfortunately I have to post this. this place is complete müll. we ordered from door dash and waited an hour. my man looked out and the servant told him that this mcdonald had given our job to someone else and there was nothing they could do. to the happiness we were refunded our money. this is not the first time that this happened. without fail, they will screw up our order every time. we get either a completely strange order or the half of our actual order missing. it is very frustrating. I wish we could choose another location on the door Dash/GrubHub, but unfortunately this is not possible. even if they personally pass through the journey, they blew our order and make it as if it were our fault that they have messed up. terrible service.

They were slow as molasses. And they got our order wrong. When the cashier asked us our order we told her that we order two burgers and two frappes. They brought us two hot coffees . N we said no that's not what we asked for . The cashier left n brought back who Im guessing was the manager. And said rudely what did you order n we told her again n she was like aagghh and slammed the drive through window. Then came back n was like what did you order. We repeated our order n she acted like it was so hard for her to make two frappe's for us. N then she got one of the cahiers to bring out our order and at least he was nice about it. And said he was sorry for the hishap and inconvenience. But that lady didn't need to be a rude whatchamacallit all bc she woke up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. We will never go there again. If I could put 0 stars I would .
