Restaurant bewertenMy wife and I decided to go out to Market Street for our 29th wedding anniversary. Covid has other plans and is not treating Market Street very well. The poor staff are running their tails off and seemed like they are understaffed like most restaurants. The interesting thing is we were here a month ago and ordered the exact same filet mignon and crab stuffed shrimp and it was amazing. Unfortunately this time the steak was overcooked and the garlic mashed potatoes we're way different. Not sure if they had a different chef on duty or what. I had to ask for a new steak because mine was well done instead of medium. I feel really bad for our server because she was running all over the place trying to serve everyone. Second issue is we had a reservation for 7:15 and the girl at the front mentioned that they were having issues with their electrical system. We didn't really understand what it meant until about a half hour later when there's no lights on. So by the end of dinner we were pretty much eating in the dark. They cranked up the patio lights which shown through the windows, but being in the back corner it was too dark. One of the servers stopped and asked if I needed a flashlight to sign my receipt. We've always loved market street, but they're struggling just like everyone else in this tough time. We'll be going back, but we may give them a little more time to get back on their feet. Good luck MSG
We love the Oyster Bar side! Emily was our server, she is always great, super friendly and helpful. Our meals were delicious and perfect! My husband loves the brunch Steak and eggs and I always have to get the seafood omelet!
Fun lunch with the family! This is a gorgeous store and very open and fresh. The food and service was great! Dessert was my favorite!
The atmosphere at Market Street was excellent, our server Zach was very attentive and did a great job. The food was very good, I would recommend the muscles as an appetizer. This is the burger I got, great time.
I had the pleasure of trying out an amazing lunch at Market Street Grill for the first time. We had a super short wait and we’re taken care of by Summer. To say she blew it out of the park would largely be an understatement! We got a bottle of prosecco for the table and the presentation was phenomenal! Nice ice bucket, and it was opened at the table like it’s done there daily. We also got a couple oyster shooters and the shredded Parmesan cheese was an unexpected and delicious addition! Appetizer was the artichoke dip, and shrimp cocktail. The 3 people in our party all got our meals and they came out together so nobody was waiting for their food. Overall, a fantastic experience and I can understand why I’ve heard so many amazing things! Summer made such a great impression we’re definitely going to be returning for brunch as we were advised it’s a must try!
