KFC - Salt Lake City

When they come home and their order is completely wrong! I hate that! the manager offers them a good-bye to send, but what about dinner tonight? Are you going back to the car and going down there? totally uncomfortable, but they don't offer anything extra to keep them as a customer. that would replace her order twice. Never thought you were done for the night. grrrr. no more kfc! not the first time this has done!

Love the new look of this shop! 4 stars instead of 5 to give is because: 1 they made a slight mistake in order went there at 11:50 ...gave me potatoes instead of Coleslaw, even after I remembered them. 2 this place no longer has the grilled chicken option, only the original: Other, nice clean place to have some delicious chickens w/ friendly service :

Was really impressed by the redesign of the restaurant and the service was on site. I forgot to take photos from the restaurant) We have a really delicious chicken from here, stuffed with potatoes!!! My husband found the chicken sandwich to be interesting and delicious!!

I've been there before. The store is clean, up to today and organized. The staff was at the top and the checkout was top notch. Best looking food by far!

When you get home and your order is completely wrong!  I hate that!  The manager offers to send you a coupon but what about dinner tonight?  You get back in the car and go back down there right?  Totally inconvenient but they don't offer anything extra to keep you as a customer.  That would be replacing your order twice.  Nevermind that you thought you were done with this for the night.  Grrrrr.  No more KFC!  NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!
