Holy Moley. This is the definitive Mexican food place for me. The pork barbecoa is absolutely absurdly godly. If you are going here for the first time. get the pork barbecoa burrito, enchilada style, black beans, with the hot sauce (I really dont think the hot sauce is hot at all. It has a sweeter taste, which goes better with the pork then the medium or mild alternatives).

Fresh and Fantastic!. Recommendations include the grilled steak burrito enchilada style or the pork barbacoa salad, both of which could easily serve as two meals. One item rarely ordered (since the portions are so large to begin with) is the chips and salsa-absolutely fantastic and ridiculously fresh.

A Cafe Rio Mexican Grill location just opened across the street from my office so I decided to give it a try and I think I have found my new favorite lunch spot! With a variety of Mexican lunch menu items and daily special it's hard to choose just one meal! I finally decided on the award winning pork barbacoa burrito and it was absolutely delicious! You get a frequent diner card too so when you purchase 10 meals you get the 11th meal free! If you haven't yet tried Cafe Rio Mexican Grill, I recommend that you do!
