Bubba's Firehouse BBQ - Salt Lake City

This place was once amazing. I don't know what happened, but all the food has changed sometime. as the person who went the kitchen/Menu and took the recipes for the side, and sauces with them. a real scandal.

Great local bbq connection! great eating and personal is super friendly. new joint so that they work on their es tab / terrace. good seats in the open with sisters.

What happened to this place? I loved it, but lately I was not very impressed. her BBQ sauce used to bite and taste it now tastes like old tomato sauce. the sides are not good either. the flesh has a little smoke, but that's the only good thing I can think of.

Ill start by saying that I LOVE the atmosphere here.

This place amazing! The food is delicious and they offer options for vegans and vegetarians.
