Starbucks - Salisbury

I do not do Starbucks. I know they could have stopped it when employees were calling the police on innocent peoples

Same products as any other Starbucks but the slowest in prep and the staff has not been friendly for several years now.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free options are good

I put in a mobile pickup order online for in the store. I show up and the inside is closed for a staff meeting. I walk around the building and see another man, not inside his car, standing at the window and he gets handed a drink. It’s not like their drive through was very busy, so I do the same thing. Explain I didn’t know and put in a mobile order and asked if I could please just get my stuff. Some rude girl walks up to the window, mind you another guy was working at the window, and she decides to rudely try and tell me she can’t serve me because it’s a safety hazard. Please! Fortunately I got my stuff, but she was so rude! If the inside of the store isn’t open don’t let people place orders to it. And it is absolutely hypocritical to tell me it’s a hazard when some other guy got handed a drink a second before me. The management at this place must not be very good if they can’t realize they need to stop allowing orders in the app for their meeting. It was their fault, so don’t be mad at me!!

I never went to Starbucks and never will. I don't support them at all.

After living in multiple different cities and states I can say this is my favorite Starbucks location. The staff is attentive, kind, and helpful. I’ve never had a bad drink or bad experience. Many people (myself included) come here to get work done and the atmosphere is perfect for it. 10/10 would recommend!
