Panera Bread - Salisbury

This was my 1st experience. I tried their pizza. It was good but kind of a disappointment. I was expecting it to taste fresher. The employees working were very friendly and helpful.

Soup is good. Sandwich: ok. Will come back. Right off I-85, so convenient.

That was delicious. my sister and I got salate, and they were properly prepared and delicious. but we ordered in the app and had to wait to interrupt a young man who visited and flirts with the staff to get our order. it wasn't in the fast pickup area or on the counter, and all the tables were dirty. when they have time to flirt, they have time to wipe a table for customers to have a clean table from eating. the eating was good, but the atmosphere and service was very sub par for what I am used to panera, as well as what I expected for every facility that should be in business, customers efficient and clean to use.

Ordered the green goddess chicken Cobb salad. The chicken looked and tasted so bad that I called in for a new one without chicken, but apparently they decided to make me a salad with 1 small bite of an avocado and a quarter of an egg slice. Not worth how much the salads are. Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend. Adding to this- I went to take a bit of the avocado, and saw that there was a piece of chicken on it. They must have just scooped it off the previous salad and thrown it on there.

I sat outside for 20 min for my curbside pickup. tried calling and only got through on the third try. was told by a rude woman that i apparently needed to come in to get my food. this was NEVER communicated to me. i went inside to get my food and two minutes later someone else who ordered curbside and just pulled up in the spot next to me a minute ago is getting their food handed to them by a panera worker. are you serious? this is laughable customer service
