Whiskey Outlaw Steakhouse - Salem

I ordered the snakebite, which had just the right amount of heat in my opinion. My mom, boyfriend, and friend tried different variations of the bratwurst and all agreed that they were delicious. The sandwiches were so big that most of us had to cut them in half. My son enjoyed his burger and opted for onion rings instead of chips (which I will definitely try next time). Our waitress provided great service and was very attentive. We arrived at 11:30 a.m. on a Tuesday and had plenty of space to ourselves.

I recently visited this restaurant for lunch or dinner and had a great experience. While the prices were a bit higher than I had anticipated for the portion sizes, the food was absolutely delicious.

The dining experience was outstanding. The portions are generous and delicious. Though not inexpensive, it is definitely worth it. The staff is also friendly. We will definitely be returning.

I'm gonna share my experience about this place from this evening....My wife and I come across it on Google while just out and about and enjoying the day. We were both hungry and thought it looked good. We get there and the hostess tells us we can sit where we want. She takes us to the table where we sat for up to at least 20 minutes and we were NEVER approached. The table next to us and the table behind us were getting taken care of but no one ever came to our table. My wife laid the menus on the edge of the table thinking maybe they didn't know if we were ready to order yet. The tables next to us are getting service but we still don't get approached. I understand being understaffed. I work in retail with unreliable employees. There were three waitresses and maybe 5 tables that had customers including ours. I feel like we were point blank being ignored. Especially when the two tables right next to us were continuing to get service. We just got up and left. I didn't approach anyone or say anything because I'm not gonna cause a scene or start something.I'm sorry that this happened to us because from the pictures on here, it looked like it'd be pretty good.I hope they don't continue to run the place like this
