'And you need your job right ' ? ? ?
Always happy, friendly and welcoming. They remember what you like to order, which always amazes me with how busy they always are!
Love their creations. Always a positive experience, but I cannot ear their food as it all contains dairy.
Absolutely HORRIBLE service from your Manager JESS. She didn’t handle our technical issue with a coupon. She straight up said “ha what do you want me to do, read this coupon.?” Well… yeah. Isn’t it your job? Look don’t work customer service if you’re gonna have a horrible attitude!!! Fire this manager she’s complete trash.
I have no issue with Dutch Bros as a company, but my issue lies with this stand in particular. The customer service at this stand has never been quite up to par with other stands in Salem, and my interaction with the employees today further solidifies this. Interaction happened at 8:58am 6/24/24 in the drive thru. Employee had a rude tone, and made me feel like an inconvenience because I pulled my app out a few seconds after giving them my money. Some retraining at this location is probably needed.
