Bloom Patisserie - Sakarya

My wife and I went to this restaurant this summer (August 2022). I ordered a cheesecake. The cheesecake arrived but the plate it was served on was broken. When I told the staff that I couldn't accept it like this with the broken plate, they said all the plates were like that. I've never heard or seen such a thing before. I told them to take it back, and the cheesecake came back on a new plate. I informed the owner of the establishment about the situation. Hopefully, they will rectify it.

I was unpleasantly surprised by the dirty window and the dishes with chipped edges. I have never seen such dishes anywhere else! It was strange to see them in such condition at the Red Velvet Pastry shop. The Red Velvet pastry had a taste of baking soda, which was quite noticeable. The interior atmosphere did not match the exterior appearance of the cafe, and the staff was not friendly. As a tourist, I believe that for the cafe to improve and provide better quality service, especially since it was empty on a summer evening when we visited, the employer should consider improving the table setting, window display, and overall attitude towards customers.

I was shocked by the dirty dessert display. It wasn't just dusty! I left immediately...
