Klondike - Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue

Excellent restaurant. Very warm atmosphere and very good food. We go to Klondike every time we're around.

I will never return to this restaurant, especially after the manager's response to a negative review. We waited 45 minutes to be served and had to ask for utensils. The man we assumed was the manager tried to blame the waitress, but it was the entire experience that was disappointing. The "true" manager responded with a disgusting answer on Google review. I will definitely not be coming back.

I dined with my family and children at this restaurant. The waiter instructed us to wait and that they would call us when a table became available. After 10 minutes, I asked another waitress who confirmed that there was indeed a spot for us. The lack of coordination between the staff was evident as we waited unnecessarily. Additionally, they charged an extra $8 per person if you wanted to share a plate. Since we were dining with children and the portions were large, we requested to share. When I questioned why I couldn't share a plate with my own children, the waiter responded rudely. After a discussion, they eventually waived the fee. The wait for the food was quite long and the quality was mediocre. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant.

Had nachos with pulled pork. Very ordinary. Not extraordinary. They were Just Mediocre. Had the full rack of ribs as my main. Ribs are apparently smoked in house and with their own bbq sauce. I had high expectations. The ribs were mediocre at best. Didn’t taste as if they were smoked. Bbq sauce was good. Not great. Service was good. Again, everything about the food is mediocre. What is above average is the location and the view and sitting outside on their terrace. If it wasn’t for the terrace I would have rated 2 stars. I wouldn’t recommend to a friend.

To begin with, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly host who guided us to the terrace and another who helped us find a cozy table. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious and exceptional. I will definitely be coming back for more!
