Nothing Bundt Cakes - Saint Peters

Lady's were sweet but seemed confused what I was asking about rewards or which cake I needed for babyshower. They always seem to be some what busy but wish their hours of operation was open longer. Very clean n organized shop.

Nothing Bundt Cakes is our family's favorite for any celebration! The white chocolate raspberry is delicious. We also like the seasonal flavors. Highly recommend for your next event!

We booked with Nothing Bundt Cakes for our wedding in March. When going to speak about the wedding cake, we were told delivery set up would be $75. Our venue was less than 1/2 mile from the store. We went back a month later and was told delivery was no longer available on weekends and set up was $100. We chose to not opt for pick up and they would waive the delivery fee to $75 and have one of their workers drop the cakes off after their shift.Fast-forward to the day of the wedding. The workers with the cakes are calling me nonstop (after having the contact information to the venue and the coordinator) to tell me they were at the venue and needed to know where to go. I had to send my MIL up to meet them and try and point them in the direction they needed. When dropping off the cakes they offered to help set-up. That was never agreed upon in our signed contract and the coordinator knew that as well. She stated to them if you would like to help set-up, you can, but it 's not necessary. The workers chose to do that and then I receive a set-up bill to my email the day of my wedding! I was floored! When we went to return the cake stand the store said we had to pay the fee because the cakes were set-up. We never asked for that nor agreed for that to happen!The cakes were good, but they were not worth the hassle we went through and the misinformation.
