Restaurant bewertenOrdered 24 wings crispy potato thins. The wings were tiny and had broken bones; the chips were cold, not crispy and greasy. Got a very small amount of chips; a hand full. Was charged $30 for this, way too expensive and was not happy with the quality ofmy food.
It's absolutely ridiculous that they can't allow customers to order at the drive-thru window. Instead, they make you turn around and enter a separate line. The menu should be posted right next to the drive-thru! I’ve been eating here my entire life, so I know what to order, but my partner has never been here before. We pulled up to the window so he could see the menu and decide what to order, only to be shooed away. I love this place and the people who work here! Customers should be able to pull up, order, pay, and then park in front so they can pick up their food when it’s ready. There’s no need to call and place an order in advance. Come on, why can’t they just open the drive-thru properly?
I usually enjoy the subs at this place, but since Covid, getting good service has been challenging. Recently, I've called to place an order several times, and no one answered. Today, I decided to go directly to the window. Unfortunately, an employee shouted at me and told me to park and call instead. In the time she spent scolding me, she could have taken my order. I chose to leave politely and take my business elsewhere.
They only offer takeout, but you can either call in your order or place it at the window, then drive around and wait for your food.
It's absolutely ridiculous that you can't pull up to the drive-thru window to order your sub; they will just turn you away and make you call it in instead. The menu is displayed right next to the drive-thru window! I've been eating here my whole life, so I know exactly what to order. However, my significant other has never been there before. We pulled up to the window so he could see the menu and decide what to get, but we were shooed away. I love the food here and I love the staff! You should be able to drive up to the window, place your order, pay, and then go around front to pick up your food when it's ready. There shouldn't be a requirement to call in your order first. Or, for goodness' sake, just open the dining area!
