Restaurant Le Montana

It seems the management of the place counts on the good location. They ignore customers, forget orders, the vin - chaud is actually cold, and they say "cest la vie"

Attempted to eat at the snack bar attached to restaurant today and received the worst service I have ever experienced! After taking our order and paying we realised there was a substantial wait for food- advised 20 mins because "only one person cooking"! After waiting allotted time went to enquire and advised still at least 6 orders in front of us! After a further 20 mins when we realised people who ordered after us were being served their sandwiches went back to kiosk to discover our order slip had blow off the haphazard paper queue! No apologies given except that they had a lot of orders. We asked for a refund and the girl who was taking the orders sniggered and laughed at our obvious annoyance! Shocking customer service - don't eat here!!

Nice setting, very friendly and professional service, large portions, tastefull salads and delicious deserts. We can recommend the home made ice-tea...

I am sure the food is good quality and the service is fine, however the waiter we had was quite unfriendly.

Not much more to say really. We ate their a few times for lunch (family of 4). Sometimes the service was good, sometimes it was truly awful. The food is ok, nothing to write home about. I sense it was end of season fatigue underpinned by the oligopololistic nature of the resort.
