Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Saint Joseph

Totally enjoyed their Chicken Bacon Ranch flatbread and Mango Monsoon. The server’s were fast and efficient!! Thanks KK for making my mother daughter date an awesome one!!

Terrible experience today. Usually it is somewhat prompt, but the manager was unprofessional and lost several customers as I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru to even be acknowledged (once came on and said "I 'll be back in a few minutes). Is all she had to do was to tell me that they were backed up and to come inside communication was key here. Three cars that were behind me all left, as I wished I could have, but I couldn 't cancel the order as it was placed on the app. Finally, after the 20 minutes (I 'm not exaggerating here) she told me that it would be faster to come inside. She was clearly stressed, but not sure why as there were 3 workers and only 8 people in the restaraunt with NO ONE else in line. Still, she refused to even make eye contact with me. I waited an additional 5 minutes inside the store waiting for my smoothie and when I did receive it, it was chunky and not blended (detox island green). I will not be returning to this location due to probably the worst service I 've ever had. It might be time to look for a different shift manager.

Very nice staff and good food to. My fiancé and I got the Mocha Madness smoothies, she got a wrap and I got a quesadilla definitely Recommend for anyone looking to get out of the hot sun.

Came over at 6:00pm on a sat to get lunch and they told me they couldn’t serve food because they were cleaning the kitchen this dinner time the kitchen should not be closed very disappointed in the service I received I’ll be contacting management about this.

Much more to Tropical Smoothie than we thought! We had no idea they have sandwiches, wraps, healthy alternatives to your regular lunch, and much more! We had a Bahama Mama smoothie and a buffalo chicken wrap and it was amazing!!! Can't wait to try some of the other menu items!
