Restaurant bewertenWe have been ordering from this restaurant for over 10 years and have always enjoyed their good food. There was one occasion where we received the wrong order, but they quickly rectified the mistake and allowed us to keep the original meal. Delivery times can vary from 20 minutes to over an hour. Unfortunately, their website does not accept TD Visa debit cards, which is why I have deducted one star. It's hard to say if they are better than St Hubert, as their products are quite similar. However, I have noticed that their chicken is not as well cooked as St Hubert's. If you prefer your chicken fully cooked and not pinkish, I would recommend going to St Hubert instead. Personally, I prefer their fries.
It was a Toss up between Bennys or St Hubert for Chicken that night, Benny's Rotisserie chicken was awesome but the all other foods below average, Wings. Fries and salad, wont be back. Will try St Hubert next time in town.
We finally had time to try this popular chain. The service was not good. Very slow. The food was alright but slightly overpriced. It doesn’t measure up to St Hubert or Scores.
I typically avoid giving negative reviews, but I feel it is necessary to warn others to steer clear of Bad Benny at this particular location. The restaurant has a modern exterior, with fantastic interior decor and a well-maintained restroom. However, the food quality is severely lacking. I was disappointed by the Avocado salad, which was advertised with perfectly sliced chicken but instead served with limp lettuce and cold, shredded chicken that resembled pulled pork. I regret not sending it back. Additionally, I am puzzled as to why a restaurant specializing in chicken cannot serve a juicy, succulent piece instead of a dry, flavorless one. The high prices are also a concern, as the empty restaurant during lunch hour suggests that customers are deterred by the cost. Lowering prices could attract more customers and ultimately lead to higher profits. Despite my experience, I will not be returning to any Benny restaurants in the future. - George
I went to this restaurant with a friend for lunch before heading to Montreal for the day. I ordered the chicken fajitas with fries and a side of coleslaw. We sat in the bar area, and I found the bench seat to be a bit cramped even though I have an average waist size of 38. I was disappointed with the fajitas because they only gave me one fajita wrap cut in half with the ingredients already inside. A large portion of the chicken was served on the plate, making it necessary to eat with a fork since there were no extra wraps provided. However, my friend ordered the quarter chicken meal and really enjoyed it.
