It's nice, the pig in the oven is very good. after it is not old, the evenings organized on a high average age. So nice little party. has will but limited everything.
Before we settled at our table, we were visited the kitchen which is a bread oven, where different meats, teurgoule and bread were cooked. It is necessary to warn a few days before it meats we want (canard, chicken, calf,...)The accompaniment was a gratin of potato. The dessert was really good, a real teurgoule served in a large sun. There is also the possibility to book several to eat a pig. Ideal for family meals (baptism, birthday).,
Located in the middle of nowhere, at the bottom of the Norman low-bocage, the inn of Bunehou, appears through night nebulosities. a path marked with reverbs leads you to the inn or the master of the places welcomes you. you immediately fall under the charm of this passionate who offers you the visit of his 18th century bread oven, place of all his cooking. Intestable on the book, it transports you, has great reinforcements of good words in the history of this beautiful work. Afterwards, start the serious things, you enter into the large dining room of the rdc, all of stone joined with lime with its magistrale fireplace or respectable sized logs to warm the atmosphere. Big solid wooden tables welcome guests and there, we're not laughing anymore. all the products offered are from local artisans and cooked in the pure Norman tradition. for people of the raw, like me, it is a real pleasure to find the smells and flavors of my grandmother's kitchen. The dishes are tasty and the service is done in the old way in common dishes where each one uses its own way, except for the entries and desserts that are served individually. I strongly recommend the place to those who love delicious country cuisine copying you.
