Restaurant bewertenWe went on a Sunday. The restaurant was obviously understaffed. There were 3 or 4 servers for the whole chain restaurant which was full to the breaking point! From the moment we arrived, we waited more than 1h15 to be served the dishes we ordered!!! We ordered a prime rib of beef, medium. It came completely shrunk and over-cooked (more than well done! . Luckily, the cook made another for us. He served it rare to be sure, then he grilled it a bit more, so it was finally served medium. We almost did not wait from the point we complaint about our dish. It is not the fault of the staff but management. Double of staff was missing!
So my review is biased: I prefer not to have a meal… My friend forced me to have dinner here and I didn 't change my mind. All dishes are freezed and heated in the kitchen . Pros ': one of the few restaurants open on wednesday nights.
