This location is the best Dunkin around! Always a pleasurable experience ????

First time at this location, got a decaf pumpkin spice hot latte; iced matcha latte w/ blueberry liquid sugar. Not only Is this store absolutely beautiful, the staff is incredibly friendly. I see you St.claire! S/o to your GM!

The coffee and donuts are consistently fantastic. I'm still trying to adjust to the new point system, though. I wish we didn't have to use the in-house machine to place orders, as it can be quite confusing for seniors and those who aren't familiar with the system. While the staff is helpful, it can still be a bit challenging.

It's Dunkin', and I have to say that everyone there brings joy and makes my days better. Thank you, Dunkin'!

I had a disappointing experience with customer service when I walked in. I stood there for a while without anyone acknowledging my presence. When I finally asked for assistance, the staff looked at me as though I were speaking a different language. It's clear that they don't prioritize customer service inside the store. You’re expected to place your order using a tablet or the app instead. Unfortunately, it seems Dunkin' has lost more customers due to their current management. I've heard negative things about this location, and my experience confirmed those reports.
