Restaurant bewertenI am originally from the region and had lunch with my family on the last day of the buron being open before the winter season. I really felt at home in this authentic buron: the decor is typical of the region, unpretentious, rustic and charming. This is all topped up by the very warm welcome the owners give you as they let you in. The buron consists of one big room with a fireplace at the end, eating there feels like having a big family gathering. The food is authentic and tasty, thumbs up to the aligot, which does not disappoint, and to the meat, 100% bred and prepared in France. The berries tart is a delicious mix of bitterness and sweetness. I cannot wait for Spring to come back!
Make sure you stop at this authentic little restaurant located in the middle of beautiful and peaceful Aubrac! The typical local food is simple but delicious, especially after a long hike, and the owners are the nicest people in the world!
Get out on the remote and expelled high grounds of the aubrac to get some powers up. It was a real surprise and eating locally on a cozy terrace. Really vacation feeling. Very friendly service.
