Wendy's - Saint Charles

The woman we ordered was super nice to our children and us! She also checked us halfway through eating to make sure our eating was good.

Drive through was long but steadily moving. My order was correct and the customer service was great!

Got the 5 for 5. Girl in the drivethru tried to act hard but is actually very sweet. Very fast and efficient. Just what I needed quickly on the way to work!

Food was ok. Frosty cup was dripping down sides. And since inside dining isn't an option, makes a mess in car.

This is a good Wendy's. Service was good and our hamburger and chicken sandwich was fresh and good. The fries were not as good as usual. I think they had been sitting and had a bit of a greasy taste. I wish I could give another half a star to make it 4.5.
