Restaurant bewertenFirst they messed up my order. Then over charged me. Asked for them to fix it. Their response was “sorry we cannot”. Really??? Make a little effort please.

Staff was friendly and I had my delicious smoothie in no time.
I've been twice and both times the staff member had never heard of the smoothie I wanted. It was the same coffee smoothie both times, two different staff members. The first time I got the name of the smoothie off the website. She kept asking me to repeat it and describe it like I was making it up or something. Even so, she did a great job and it was delicious, so I went back the next day for the same smoothie. The second time, because of the previous confusion, I read it right off the drive through menu board (slightly different than the website but I was okay with that) and she was totally confused. I asked that it be made with espresso rather than cold brew, a preference that is asked for on the menu board and she didn't seem to know what that meant. I could tell she was still confused when she asked me to pull forward. Anyway, the smoothie I got this time was not nearly as good and had little pieces of a sweet chewy grainy substance that kept clogging the straw. Bottom line is it seems your store needs to improve its staff training.
100% visit this location a few times a week for a few years. My smoothies are always consistent. The staff is friendly and efficient every time. I love that they have a vegan option and hope they adopt more. They always give my dogs treats and I'm happy to see them even we visit. The app makes it all worth it too!
