Kfc - Saint Albans

Teays Valley has always been my favorite KFC, but it has taken a turn for the worse since a new manager took over—at least, that's what she claims to be. The experience has gone downhill; she is incredibly rude, and her assistant is even more disrespectful. I had an issue after I received a thigh and leg instead of the breast I ordered, and when I raised my concerns, he tried to lie to me, saying that was what I had ordered. I always get the same meal, and my receipt clearly shows that I ordered the right items. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with someone who seems unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding the Teays Valley location and suggesting St. Albans instead; it might offer a better experience.

The food was exceptional, earning a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The fried chicken was particularly noteworthy—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, it’s a must-try! The service was also excellent, with staff who were friendly and efficient, making the ordering process smooth. The atmosphere, even through takeout, was inviting, leaving me excited to dine in on a future visit. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for a satisfying meal!
