This is the best KFC I've ever been to. The staff is always attentive and polite. Keep up the great work! There's often a line at the drive-thru, but no one minds because everyone knows it's worth the wait!

Teays Valley has always been my favorite KFC, but it has taken a turn for the worse since a new manager took over—at least, that's what she claims to be. The experience has gone downhill; she is incredibly rude, and her assistant is even more disrespectful. I had an issue after I received a thigh and leg instead of the breast I ordered, and when I raised my concerns, he tried to lie to me, saying that was what I had ordered. I always get the same meal, and my receipt clearly shows that I ordered the right items. It was incredibly frustrating dealing with someone who seems unprofessional. I would recommend avoiding the Teays Valley location and suggesting St. Albans instead; it might offer a better experience.
