Bmc Round Table - Sahibabad

This roundtable is great! Very consistent and tasty pizzas. I've never had a problem and I've been buying pizza from this location for over 20 years. I honestly don't understand any of the bad reviews. Don't listen to them. They're just a bunch of d haters who have nothing better to do. People who write bad yelp reviews need to GET A LIFE. Seriously, you're being disgusting.

Recently went in to pick up a small pizza for my lunch as I got back to work I noticed my toppings were cold and the center of my pizza was also cold to the point where my cheese wasn 't melted and the bread wasn 't fully cooked. I hate to complain but I spent 20.50 mind u I 'm also on my lunch at work , I 'm a essential worker who works long hours so I know how it is to get tedious customer complaints, but money doesn 't grow on trees so I called back to the store and explained the situation very Nicely !!! Victor the manager was very rude I mentioned to him I hate to be the customer to complain however I did spend 20.50 and this was the second time I had an issue at this location my order the first time I let go even though I was charged for toppings that were never added to my pizza on previous order! he replied to me not to mention disregarding my last issue on a previous order well our oven is timed and idk that 's really!!! weird that it happened to only your pizza and no ones else 's he said to me well bring the entire pizza back and we can refund you his tone of voice seemed very annoyed that I was taking the time to complain which was very upsetting seeing how I was nice about it he kept cutting me off talked over me through out this conversation not once was he apologetic I was so upset I asked to speak to his manager who he told me is named (Peter) before I even asked if Peter can call me back he mentioned and I 'm not giving u his number he will call u back when he has time and idk when that is he then mentioned well what do u want me to! do? I mentioned well what are my options ? He replied again sounding very annoyed we 'll bring it in to get a refund. I was very upset at this point and I just said u know what it 's fine I 'll just take it for what it is he replied with we 'll do whatever u want and hung up on me. I get we all have our days and even moments we 're human however to be treated with such disrespect when i was nice about the situation I was just shocked at his customer service and being a so called manager I will never order from this location again!!! Victor seriously needs some management training. And Peter I 'm sure at some point you will read this just know I would of been happy with a credit being that I was on my lunch I didn 't need a refund however I was never offered that I 'll take this as a loss because I would never feel comfortable with Victor making my pizza again.

I think last night was probably the last time we will ever go back to Round Table at this location. We ordered online and requested a carry out. Since the pizza had our name and order number correct both parties didn't bother opening and checking the pizza. We gather around the dinner table only to see a pepperoni pizza instead of create your own veggie pizza. When we call back, instead of being apologetic, the person on the phone asked my husband, what do you want me to do? We said we would like to have our original order made. We asked him if he could have someone deliver? He reluctantly said it will take us 45 min to an hour to deliver and you will need to pay. We said what are they going to accept responsibility on their part for messing up the order instead of asking us to cough up more money? He says I am making your correct pizza now! Finally, I don't know why and how but he agreed to give us complimentary garlic Parmesan twists! My husband went back to pick up our correct pizza and that's when he heard a Sorry about that! This is poor customer service! The least he could have done is he apologetic and polite instead of retorting back. In general from past experience I have always liked the management of Round Table on Prospect Road friendlier then this location. Unfortunately, they were temporarily closed last night which brought us to this location. I would rather not order or go to this location mainly because of this experience!

So good!! RT is at the top of my list for pizza. Always hot, fresh CHEESY. My only complaint about this location is that they put you on hold for RIDICULOUSLY long periods of time when they aren't even busy. I know this because we live right behind it and by the time we walk over, we're still on hold and come to find nobody dining there, no line or anything. Might as well just drive over there if you want their food. This happens nearly every time we try to make a phone order.

This Round Table Pizza delivers a traditional fast food pizza.Alot a people still order the deep dish here.I give it better than frozen pizza badge.-Anthony
