I love the smoothies and vegan chicken substitute in the Caribbean Jerk wrap at this restaurant. However, I have had some negative experiences with certain unfriendly and unprofessional employees, while others are pleasant. I would suggest being cautious during peak hours to avoid potentially dealing with a rude and inexperienced high school student being hired.

I was very glad to see that this place had a car thru. all employees seemed pleasant, but my only problem is that I had ordered a Thai chicken salad and had requested beyond meat (faux huh). I received my order and went back to bay city. I'm pretty sure I was given real chicken instead of faux huhn (as I had beyond meat before.) so I had to throw the salat and find somewhere else to eat. I have received them 2 stars only on the basis of the situation and the staff friendly, but with meat eating, the 2 can be a bit generous. that was probably just a point of view, but it was very annoying at the moment. be sure to check their order carefully.
