Restaurant bewertenI know in the grand scheme of things, my online order at Panda Express falls pretty low, but it still has an effect. Made plans to meet up with my wife while she had a break at school for a quick 10-15 minutes “lunch”. Ordered a simple bowl, arrived on time for pick up, and then stood for 10 minutes watching 8 people walk in and served (and out the door), while my online ticket sat being ignored. It wasn’t until I got upset, that anyone took the time to find the order and fill it. Again, I know it isn’t huge, but my date turned into a drop off, while she ran in to catch the next bell.
The service is very poor and they don't serve enough food.
Absolutely terrible they stopped cooking everything at 9:00 its 9:30 there is nothing available they close at 10:00 the manager is very rude and the food available they are saving for
Been here last 3 times on separate occasions and there’s an employee named Faiza(might have the spelling wrong) that needs to work on her customer service. First time I had an experience with her, we ordered potstickers and rangoons. They gave us a plate full of Rangoon’s when we only ordered like 6-8 pieces. She was very nasty about us correcting her as if it was our fault we made the mistake. Second time, she was serving my food and had asked for two separate plates with separate sides. She got it incorrect and again was very rude about her mistake and was rolling her eyes constantly. Lastly, I was just in and had a mobile order to pick up. I showed her my app and she requested email. My email was not loading quick enough and again gave me very nasty response “ there’s no way that you didn’t get email receipt”. Overall very rude attitude for someone who is working with customers.
The Orange Chicken and the Fried Rice were excellent.W+ish I could say the same of the Beef with Broccoli but all I got was 2 very small pieces of the beef and the rest broccoli.
