Carl's Jr. - Sacramento

In 2023, Carl's Jr is going downhill. Came to this location on 8/2/2023. They have increased their combo prices ridiculously and their quality gone to trash literally!!!! Can't eat their crappy food. This location is garbage. Ordered Super Star and Famous Star they used to make quality burgers ridiculously disgusting how bad their burgers are today and their fries used to be thick and fresh now thin stale dry grosssss!! See pictures. The girl at the drive tru had attitude too. Not going to Carl's Jr again. They deserve ZERO stars. From good to bad!!! $26 got wasted in this horrible fast food. Never again!!

Horrible customer service! Orders are always wrong! Start paying attention to what people are saying to you! This place is always completely empty! 2 employee cars in that huge parking lot nobody in the drive thru and I'm repeatedly asked 2-3x WHAT WAS THAT, NO WHAT, WHAT KIND OF DRINK DID YOU SAY??? As I hear laughing and music! Don't waste your time even if you're hungry your order will be wrong!!! BTW- french fries are not supposed to come in a CLUMP ALL STUCK TOGETHER!!!

Bought a Carl's Jr western bacon cheeseburger. Medium size cost me 13.29 Carl's Jr is a rip. Off food was very good though , you will go broke at Carl's Jr very quickly they are too damn expensive . Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
