Restaurant bewertenThe restaurant's grounds look promising. My stepmom has been eagerly awaiting its opening, so last Saturday I called to inquire about disabled parking. I heard a recorded message asking to leave a message for reservations, which made me think they were too busy to answer. I checked their website for hours but couldn’t find any; however, Yelp and Google indicated they were open. We drove to the Legacy Center and saw signs for the restaurant, but we couldn’t locate it, so we went into the hotel for help. They informed us that Fountains isn't open on weekends yet. It would have been helpful to have that noted on their website or even on their claimed Yelp page. I’ll keep an eye out for reviews to see if it’s worth trying again when they do open on weekends.
The portion sizes were small and the prices were high. It might be a nice place to dine if you're not actually hungry. Additionally, the food quality could improve; I've had much better meals at Denny's.
I had a wonderful experience during their soft opening, thanks to the friendly service and delicious food. Their specials are impressive, but what I love most are their fries. They're always crispy and perfectly seasoned, so I rarely feel the need for ketchup. They also offer a variety of freshly baked cakes, cookies, and macaroons that pair beautifully with tea. I'm definitely planning to return!
I walked to this restaurant to eat and had a guard come up to me and tell me it is no longer opened but for private events only. Maybe update the listing to reflect that.
So finally decided to try them out. Had the fish and chips and it was delicious. The fish is nice a crispy yet delicate in the middle and not overcooked. Chips were perfectly cooked, crunchy yet soft. The coleslaw had good flavor but could use some fresh ground pepper and a little more salt. This restaurant is a definite must try.
